ROASTING

For COLOMBIAN COFFEE, this is one of the most important steps in the whole process. An incorrect roast can ruin a batch of coffee.

Once the coffee is properly roasted, the coloration on the beans should be from Light Brown to Dark Brown but NEVER black.

There are 3 types of roasts:

- Light Roast.

- Medium Roast.

- Dark & Expresso Roast.
